Payments
Session fees are paid in advance, either at the time of booking or according to the instructions provided.
Appointment confirmation is subject to receipt of payment.
Cancellations
Sessions may be canceled at least 24 hours in advance at no cost.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Requests made outside this time frame will be considered as a completed session.
Missed Appointments (No-Show)
If a client does not attend the session without prior notice, the session will be considered completed and will not be refunded or rescheduled.
The reserved time slot is held exclusively for the client.
Refunds
Payments are non-refundable once the session has begun.
Exceptional Circumstances
Extraordinary situations may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, at professional discretion.
